We Value Submission to the Loving Lordship of Jesus Christ!
Our Lord Jesus Christ has shown His love to us in that, while we were His enemies and sinners, He emptied Himself of all His glory as God the Son and took on human flesh in order to offer His own life as a substitute for ours. Since He willingly died for us, we must respond by living for Him. Jesus, by virtue of His death, resurrection, and ascension, is the Sovereign Lord of the universe and we bow before His majesty and submit to His rule in all that we do.
We uphold the Crown Rights of King Jesus.

We Value Serving the Triune God with Passion and Excellence!
The most Holy and Blessed Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, is a God of passion. God is a consuming fire, Jesus is consumed with zeal for God's House, and the Holy Spirit comes as fire to God's people. Therefore, we must be a people on fire for God, serving Him with reverence and godly fear, living in the Passion of God. Furthermore, we must serve God with Excellence, bringing the best that we have and are into service to our King. If we do not bring our best to Him, we show that we despise Him. We do, therefore, because we love Him so, bring to Him the best of our time, talent, and treasure.
We give Him the Honor due His Majesty.

We Value the Church as the Agent for Lasting Transformation!
At His ascension, Jesus took His place as King of the universe, but before leaving, He gave His authority to His Church to disciple the nations. The Church, therefore is the Agent through which Christ is transforming the whole earth into His Kingdom. The Church's task of transformation is both personal and cultural. Personally, we are being transformed into the very image of Christ, into purified partakers of the Divine Nature. The Church facilitates this change through the teaching of the Word of God, through the Sacraments, and through the Discipline of Her flock. Culturally, the Church speaks with the prophetic voice of God, authoritatively proclaiming and making visible the life-giving Gospel to the nations of the earth. She sends Her people into effective action in the world around Her, claiming every area of life for their Lord and King. This change comes like leaven slowly growing through the whole history of the earth; therefore, the Church takes a long-term, multigenerational view of Her work of transformation. So do we.
We work for long-lasting Personal and Cultural Transformation.

We Value High Impact Convergence Worship!
The highest expression of the Kingdom of God is when the Church comes together to worship before God's throne. In this command performance before God, the People of God extol, praise, celebrate, adore, and worship. We enter into the very presence of God (heaven) and move together in a dance of love with Him as we respond to His call to worship. The movements of this dance come down to us from the early Church and are transmitted to us today through the Scriptures and the Apostolic Tradition. In the Liturgy, we Come before God, Confess our sins to Him, Consecrate ourselves to His Word, join with Him in Communion, and are sent forth with His Commission. Today, God is restoring the worship of the early Church, which was fully Charismatic, fully Evangelical, and fully Catholic. In this dynamic time with God, we sing ancient Chants, old Hymns, and contemporary Songs of praise to our God. Worship before God is both celebratory and contemplative and is a special time of God's transformational work in us.
We Celebrate and Contemplate the Presence of God in our midst.

We Value the Majestic Worship Environment!
Our God is most glorious and, from the Tabernacle to church buildings throughout Christian history, God's People have worshiped Him in sacred spaces set aside for that purpose. These worship environments have always reflected the grandeur of our God through art and architecture. We, therefore, bring both the ancient and new treasures of art, architecture, and technology into service in our worship. Furthermore, Christian worship has always been a full sensory experience in which smelling, feeling, and tasting are impacted as well as seeing and hearing. Accordingly, we use incense, vestments, bread and wine, icons, crucifixes, statues, music, speaking, and other worship elements that involve the body, intellect, emotions, and will, which stir us to adoration.
We experience God in Full-orbed, Multi-sensory Worship.

We Value the Teaching of the Life-Changing, World-Changing Faith!
The Christian faith is a holistic, transformational faith that impacts our whole life and being. Through Her teaching ministry, the Church shapes God's People into world-changing followers of Jesus Christ. This teaching ministry utilizes the Scripture to train us in the faith which enables us to be transformed into Christ's image and equipped to make our world different. Thus, we build on a firm Biblical foundation in our teaching and training ministries. In Her instruction, the Church has always sought to be faithful to the Tradition that came to us from the apostles by way of the Bishops they consecrated to the task of leading the Church. We likewise seek to be faithful to the Apostolic Tradition as we approach the Scriptures, basing our teaching on the sure footing of the creeds, councils, and practices of the early Church.
We hold to the Eternal and Powerful Word of God.

We Value Strong Servant Leadership through Episcopal Government!
The Apostolic Tradition brings us the episcopal form of Government, that is, government through Bishops, Priests, and Deacons. The clergy's task in the Church is that of service, care, equipping, overseeing, and feeding the flock of God under their charge. They accomplish this task not through an authoritarian exercise of power but through being the servants of all. This service is the foundation upon which the Church is built up in the faith and enabled to do the work of transformation in the world. The shepherds are to lay down their lives for the flock. At the same time, the clergy are the leaders of the Church, giving direction, vision, protection, and strong, authoritative instruction to the People of God. The shepherds are to lead their flock.
We Lead by Service and Example.

We Value Effective Lay Ministry through Spiritual Gifts!
The clergy are NOT the only ministers in the Church. We are each individually members of the Body of Christ and each has a ministry within, as well as outside, the Church. Each member of the Church is unique in his or her personality, talents, passions, temperament, roles, and styles. Accurate assessments of these make for a more effective ministry for both the individual and the Church as a whole. Thus, as members grow spiritually and begin functioning in their areas of God-given ministry, the Church is built up through growth that comes from God.
We work Together as the Body of Christ.

We Value Devoted Prayer and Spiritual Disciplines!
The early Church was devoted to "the prayers;" we are also. The life of prayer is the foundation for our life in Christ. This prayer life includes the Daily Offices of the Church, intercessory prayer, the use of chaplets and sacramentals, meditation, contemplation, and adoration. Along with prayer, we practice the spiritual disciplines of alms-giving, fasting, confession, solitude, silence, study, simplicity, submission, service, and celebration. A life of prayer and spiritual discipline is an indispensable support in the process of growing in Christ-likeness.
We are committed to a Life of Prayer.

We Value Building Up One Another through Community!
Community is the ancient way of "doing church." As a part of an overall life of devotion to the Apostles' doctrine, Sacramental spirituality, and the Liturgy, Community is a vital aid in the Christian's walk with the Lord. In Community, we seek to build up one another in the Lord through shared praise, shared Scripture, and shared prayerful ministry. Furthermore, in community we seek to build up our church through the sharing of our gifts and service, and to change our world through word and deed outreach.
We build Relationships with God and One Another through Community.

We Value Strengthening the Family and Standing for Life!
The Family is a basic institution of the Kingdom of God. It is part of the Church's task to support and strengthen this important segment of society so that the Kingdom of God can advance in the culture. Through teaching, mentoring, and facilitating the growth of families in the Christian life, we seek to build up the generations and enrich the lives of our people. One area of Satan's attack on the family is the tragedy of abortion, the taking of the life of the unborn. This scourge has destroyed the lives of millions of children and ruined the lives of many women who have had abortions along with their families and the culture as a whole. We seek to stand against the culture of death by being beacons of life in the midst of our dark society. Through prayer, counseling and action we reach out to the mothers who are considering abortion, to those who have had abortions and their families, and those who make their living from this evil practice.
We hold up the Family and the Culture of Life.

We Value the Effective, Relevant Apostolate!
Before He ascended to His throne in heaven, Christ gave His Church the charge to disciple the nations of the world. This task has a focus on both individuals and the cultures of the world. The work of following Christ's command is the center of our apostolate, which has three elements - evangelism, service, and church planting. In reaching out to our neighbors with the Good News of Jesus Christ, we seek to bring people into the life of our Lord and His Church. We evangelize in many different ways so as to disseminate the Gospel as widely as possible. In our work of serving those in need, we seek to follow the principles of Scripture for such ministry. We endeavor to lift up those in need to become self-affirming, devoted, and productive members of Christ's Kingdom. Lastly, it is our belief that the work of the apostolate is most effectively pursued through planting churches. Therefore, we work to raise-up and send out church planting teams by which we can work to extend Christ's Kingdom.
We reach out in Service, Evangelism, and Church Planting.
